Therapy dog owner pays it forward

Healthcare workers at Tristar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage got a special surprise on Thursday.
Ron Leonard and his therapy dog paid them a visit – bringing a bunch of free pizza with them.
Leonard says he felt compelled to recognize these doctors and nurses for all the hard work they’re doing on the front lines.
“It makes me feel good it makes me feel like it’s something I can do to give back,” Leonard said. “It makes me feel like I’m giving back to my community.”
Leonard says the special deliveries will continue. Summit healthcare workers will receive buffalo wild wings tomorrow.
